Roxanne at the front desk was a lifesaver when Expedia unexpectedly canceled our room. Her friendly and helpful demeanor quickly turned a frustrating situation into a pleasant one, even scoring us a suite upgrade. We're impressed and will definitely return!

First time staying in the Aloft and it did not disappoint as the check in was awesome, area was nice and clean, staff were great and the bar area and seating were all amazing. The room itself had an amazing views and the corner room it was. If I can stay again I'll definitely ask for the same corner room if possible.

Great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You have to Valet or find your own parking. They have a bar with some decent food options. My room was large with a nice view of the city. Very clean and comfortable.

Nice modern hotel. Lots of technology and very efficient. The check-in process was super quick and easy. I had an issue in my room and they very quickly got me moved to another room. No questions asked I appreciated the small mini fridge. It should be a crime to not have many fridges and I appreciated that they had one The hotel was located much closer to many restaurants and a Starbucks. Then I expected on the exact same street. You have a variety of need to mat which I appreciated I was in fort Worth for a conference at the fort Worth conference Center and it was about a 12-minute walk Remember, if you're booking a trip during the winter months, it may be a little too cold to walk. However, the Uber should cost less than $25 Valet was very affordable around $25 a day and it was pretty quick to pull your vehicle around it The room was not incredibly large but it was very clean with a nice view I would definitely stay here again

Great location DFW. The king room is big enough for 2 people. You will have to request more towels if you are here for more than two nights. You get one set per person. We were here for five days and four nights. Housekeeping came in on the third day per my request. The bed was not made. Trash was taken out and two clean towels were left. The dirty towels were also left. I called front desk to inquire about the bed not being made, he stated if I needed the bed made he can send housekeeping back. I declined due to me being back in the room and needed some sleep. Despite that, everything else was great. The avocado breakfast is absolutely delicious. Would it stay here again, absolutely.

We had a short stay for one night at the hotel arriving on Sunday, Nov. 16th, and checking out the 17th. The reason for our stay was for a scheduled interview process for my daughter to be considered for the Royal Academy of Veterinary Medicine that was scheduled on the 17th at the Palm Conference Center. Everyone from the Valet Parking to the reception area, to the bar area, and cleaning staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was exceptional! So much so, I just wish my stay would have been longer because everyone made us feel so welcome. Few hotels in the industry do that for their customers, yet the Aloft in downtown Fort Worth was nothing short of wonderful. I also wanted to commend Roxanne at your front desk. My daughter, who was a bit nervous prior to her interview appointment, left behind her eyeglasses and a pair of contact lenses in the vanity of our room (#902). I called the hotel immediately and Roxanne who answered my call, helped locate the items with the housekeeping staff. She had them shipped out immediately and were received today in perfect condition today at my home in San Antonio. This speaks volumes of the great customer care and honesty of their amazing housekeeping staff. If you're planning to be in Fort Worth soon, I highly recommend the Aloft Fort Worth in downtown.
